Interesting story, with pictures, today in the Boulder Daily Camera: here. HPH

Interesting to read.  I have followed his progress - so much to rebuild.

Wow!  No wonder Ed has had to cut back on his hiking.  I admire his initiative though.

Ed is my hero, rebuilding his home, with the help of so many friends, is inspiring.  Way to go, Ed.

Thanks everyone. We'll get it done and it will be nicer than it was before. It's a lot of work and has taken from my mountain time but I hope to change that before too long.

A long haul that took a lot from my life but I am back at it in the mountains again.

Hey, Ed! Glad to hear you got put back together. We up here are happy that our two main highways are back in good shape, too; and the third (Peak-to-Peak) is getting a real makeover as well.

This time of year, of course, RMNP is full to spilling over, as I'm sure you know. But it'll begin to moderate fairly soon, and all we locals can get back in to enjoy the place. HPH
